One day event run by Social Enterprise East Midlands. The event is aimed at individuals looking to start up a social enterprise. It will allow delegates to:

• Explore the practicalities of starting a social enterprise.
• Be more aware of the different legal structures available.
• Learn about the management, governance and funding aspects of setting up a business.
• Write a business plan that incorporates financial, social, environmental and ethical aims.
• Be aware of the support that can be accessed through Business Link and local support networks.
